Coach and Parent's Meeting


Managers and Coaches to schedule a Fall meeting with the parents to review roles and responsibilities:

PLAYERS

PARENTS

  • Communicate via TeamSnap

  • Supportive parents that cheer our players on, not direct them on how to play

  • Development focus - we have only one team that must win every game

  • Must not yell at the referees or other parents

MANAGERS

  • Communicate between club and parents whenever possible

  • Managers are not coaches and will not direct players on the field

  • Must not yell at the referees or other parents

COACHES

  • Prepare their session in advance based upon the theme of the week.

  • Arrive 30 minimum prior to practice to set up their field (minimum 45 minutes prior to a game)

  • Wear EPSC gear

  • Bring cones, pinnies and pug goals (minimum 2)

  • Run a training session regardless of the number of players that plan on attending as long as there is at least 1 player

  • Wait for the club to determine if any training/games are canceled due to weather before canceling any activity
