Managers and Coaches to schedule a Fall meeting with the parents to review roles and responsibilities:
PLAYERS
Positive players with a confident mental attitude
Must not yell at the referees
PARENTS
Communicate via TeamSnap
Supportive parents that cheer our players on, not direct them on how to play
Development focus - we have only one team that must win every game
Must not yell at the referees or other parents
MANAGERS
Communicate between club and parents whenever possible
Managers are not coaches and will not direct players on the field
Must not yell at the referees or other parents
COACHES
Prepare their session in advance based upon the theme of the week.
Arrive 30 minimum prior to practice to set up their field (minimum 45 minutes prior to a game)
Wear EPSC gear
Bring cones, pinnies and pug goals (minimum 2)
Run a training session regardless of the number of players that plan on attending as long as there is at least 1 player
Wait for the club to determine if any training/games are canceled due to weather before canceling any activity
