Get to know EPSC Director of Coaching Billy Antoniou

How do the players describe your coaching style?

Passionate, dedicated, sometimes a little too intense and other times just down right goofy. I would hope they would say that they know I want all of them to be successful, and I am willing to do whatever I can to help them reach their goals. I am a coach who practices what they preach, if you want the best from your players you need to lead by example.

What is the first team you ever coached?

The first team I coached was a u8 team at EPSC over 15 years ago. Many of those same boys wound up being my teammates on the Pancyprian Freedoms men’s team!

What are you looking forward to for the 2021/2022 season

As the Director of Coaching I look forward to watching all our teams play an exciting style of soccer. An attack minded, free thinking style of play where players are encouraged to express themselves on the field.
