How do the players describe your coaching style?

My players describe me as a fair coach. I can be very tough and strict to build their discipline. They know i will push them to their limits so they can improve. I enforce hard trainings and at the same time have fun. We do some fun activities and joke around a bit. We must work hard and have fun at the same time

What is the first team you ever coached?

The first team I ever coached was the Queens NY Stars.

What are you looking forward to for the 2021/2022 season

Every coach wants their team to have a great season. I do too and my priority is that each player individually grows in knowledge, performance, and team support. When this happens the team performance improves a lot. Every season is all about improvement and not just wins
