The match kicked off with the Pancyprians taking an early lead through a penalty kick expertly converted by Luis Argudo. The teams were tied 1-1 at halftime, setting the stage for a nail-biting second half. James Tristino then put the Pancyprians ahead with a commanding header, but Hoboken FC was quick to equalize, making it 2-2.
