More than two hundred players and their parents attended the Eleftheria Pancyprian Soccer Club (EPSC) trophy day picnic which took place at noon on Saturday, June 17, 2023, at the Con Edison field in Astoria.

The ceremony was attended by the Consul General of Cyprus in New York, Mr. Michalis Fyrillas, the municipal councilor of the 22nd District of Astoria, Tiffany Caban, the president of the Pan-Cypriot Association and PSEKA, Mr. Philip Christopher, the vice-president of the Federation of American Cypriot Organizations, Nikos Pafitis and representatives of other Cypriot organizations.

The president of the EPSC Nikos Tziazas spoke to the achievements of the youth teams and congratulated the coaches and everyone that helped make it a great event - Voula Daviotis, Paris Hermogenou, Costa Michael, Costa Vavatsoulis, Steve Batala, Vassilis Antoniou, Andro Georgiou, Paul Kontonis, Neophytos Neophytou, Costa Pavlakos, the Buccaneer Diner and Dimitris Tsirkos.
